EV Road Trip Day 46
We spent our final full day in Montreal shopping for clothes in Old Montreal’s stylish boutiques. It has been quite warm here, but not like home in Arizona where it is 110°F plus and low humidity. Here, 78°F with 80% plus humidity is steamy, especially after a 6-mile walk in mid-afternoon. So we shopped for clothing appropriate for both climates and I am sure we will be back.
“Montreal’s warm season lasts only 3.9 months, from May 22 to September 19, with an average daily high temperature (with accompanying humidity) above 68°F. The hottest month of the year in Montréal is July, with an average high of 79°F and low of 63°F.). Based on the tourism score, the best time of year to visit Montréal for warm-weather activities is from late June to early September.”
Montreal is an exciting city, with a European-style culture, plenty of great attractions, diverse neighborhoods, stylish boutiques, excellent restaurants and hotels, beautiful parks and other natural areas. Couple that with Quebec’s other areas like nearby Quebec City, the Eastern Townships, and Gaspé Peninsula, and a substantial EV charging network, it is a great location for EV travel!
