6000 Mile EV Road Trip - Stay 27

It was a short, 2-hour drive (including a charge at the San Rafael Supercharger where we also left a Tesla cache) to the Claremont Club & Spa in Berkeley, California (a.k.a. The Fairmont Claremont), where our spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable room had a gorgeous view across the San Francisco Bay. Dinner was al-fresco at the Limewood Bar & Restaurant’s patio at a cool 67ºF.
The next morning, we had breakfast with friend and former China Mist Tea Company colleague David Wright, a Master of International Management graduate of the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Dave served as a student intern with us at China Mist before joining full-time to develop and manage our international distribution, including the State of Hawaii, Guam, Taiwan, Shanghai, and Okinawa. He then moved to the Bay Area to start a marriage, family, and local business. It was great to catch up!
