Road Runner Award 2022
John Martinson approached Peter Culin in April 2022 to form a new chapter of the Electric Vehicle Association – the Scottsdale EVA. Without even as much of a breath of air, he agreed!
After organizing, developing the executive committee and board of directors, and now seemingly countless meetups and EVents, the National EVA recognized the efforts of Scottsdale EVA’s dedicated team of numerous volunteers in growing its fledgling chapter.
In January 2023, at the national meeting at Aptera Headquarters in Carslbad, CA, the EVA awarded the chapter the prestigious “Road Runner Award” for 2022. Both John and Peter were in attendance to accept the award on behalf of the entire chapter.
