National Drive Electric Week Phoenix - Sept 2023
The City of Phoenix, Valley of the Sun Electric Vehicle Association and Valley of the Sun Clean Cities Coalition partnered together to bring to Phoenix its premier NDEW event!
A huge THANK YOU to our vendors who supported us and participated this year: Legacy EV, Buzze, APS, Lectric Bikes, Lucid, Waymo, Distinct Detail, American Lung Association, Phoenix Library, Green Living Magazine, Juice Up My EV, Earth Gives, Maricopa County Clean Air, SRP, Gruber Motors, Polestar, Audi of Arrowhead, BMW of Arrowhead.
Our Event featured a large Lucid display with 8 different Lucid vehicles, as well as some interesting conversions including a 1974 VW Beetle and 1976 Porsche 914 conversions. The KIA EV6 and Rivian R1T were the most popular "driveable" EV models, conducting rides and/or drives every 15 minutes for 4.5 hours straight.
The event was held in the same facility as a highly attended, established farmer's market which has thousands of visitors every Saturday.
