SRP Employee Ride & Drive

Despite the hot weather, our recent Ride and Drive event on October 2 for SRP employees was a fun and engaging success. Enthusiasm ran high as staff members explored a variety of electric vehicles and learned more about the benefits of driving electric.

We welcomed dozens of SRP team members throughout the day. Many stopped by to ask questions, check out the EVs on display, or talk with owners, even if they didn’t have time for a test drive.

The event featured many EV test drives, with several employees returning for additional drives or hopping in as passengers to experience different models. For many, it was their first time behind the wheel of an electric vehicle — and the excitement was easy to see.

We were also thrilled to welcome Magnum Bikes, who joined us onsite and provided e-bikes for employees to test ride. Their addition brought even more variety, fun, and hands-on learning to the event.

Events like this help deepen EV awareness within Arizona’s utility community, and we’re grateful to everyone who contributed — from the vehicle hosts and volunteers to our partners at SRP and Magnum Bikes.
