Route 66 Fun Run - May 2023

Wanted to share some of the photos from the FUN RUN from this past weekend. With 30 electric vehicles and more than 50 volunteers and EV participants, there will be a lot to share!

That being said, we want to take a moment to recognize the winners of the awards this year. The Scottsdale EVA sponsored the "Best EV" and "Best Conversion EV" trophies, which were awarded by the Historic Route 66 Association of Arizona. The trophies were made out of asphalt that was taken from old parts of Route 66, by a local artist in Kingman.

There were 10 other award categories, which were sponsored by the National EVA and graciously provided by Livingston Energy.

Livingston had an intern produce the 3D modeling for the electric car charger trophies, and their design and manufacturing teams brought them to life! All of us at the EVA sincerely appreciate their efforts to bring a unique award for our winners this year.
