EV Road Trip Day 4

What a difference in road conditions! Hardly any road construction, smooth roads, clear sky, and 80°F, we drove from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to Jacksonville, Florida. Highlights of the drive:

- stopped at the DeFuniak Springs, Florida, Tesla Supercharger. All were pull-in chargers in a cute little town with a round lake, a small train depot, and just a short walk away, we found a bakery-cafe called Perla Baking Company that served excellent coffee and great fresh food. Come to find out that DeFuniak Springs is also the birthplace of Arizona’s Senior U.S. Senator, Kyrsten Sinema. Who knew?

- in researching some of the Louisiana towns, we discovered the Louisiana Swamp Pop music genre. We downloaded a Spotify Swamp Pop playlist on Spotify and caught Grogu dancing to ‘Sweet Joline’ by Zydecajun and Wayne Toups on our Model X’s dashboard.

- we placed Tesla Cache #6 at the D’Iberville, Mississippi, Supercharger and #7 at the Tallahassee, Florida one.

Tomorrow, we are off to Savannah, Georgia!
